How much is a ticket?

The tickets are £97.50
If I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. You are welcome to sell or transfer your ticket to another parent.

Can I bring my own food or drink?
No. There will be plenty of food and drink available at the event. We, as a committee, believe food should be a highlight at these events, so we’ve pushed the boat out this year!

I have an allergy, will there be provision for this?
The school has a ‘no nut policy’ and we have chosen some great vegan and vegetarian options as part of the main menu. However, we will be sending out a Google form to complete nearer the time of the event regarding other food intolerances and allergies.

Can I buy alcohol in advance?
No but, fear not, we are overstocking the bars and will have plenty of bar staff to keep queueing to a minimum.

Can I help?
YES! We very much welcome any offers of help by way of sponsorship, setting up the ball and cleaning up and will be in touch via the class reps.

Parking
There will be parking on the main school site in the staff car park (70 spaces) and around the teardrop, and the Pre-Prep gates will be open as an overflow if necessary.

Can I leave my car overnight?
There will be parking on site. Vehicles are left at owner’s risk.

Lost property
Please contact [email protected] and we will do our best to re-unite you with your items.

May I smoke at the event?
You may smoke ONLY in the designated smoking area. Please ensure you dispose of any waste responsibly in the sand buckets provided.

Please remember these pitches will be played on by YOUR children!

Accessibility
The site is accessible. Please be aware that the terrain is grass and can be bumpy in some areas. The loos will be in a trailer with step access. If you require accessible toilets please contact us at [email protected]

Loos
This year there will be a ‘loo trailer’ within the event area.

The school will be locked and out of bounds to parents.
